The Village Green Christmas Market has been postponed until 2021 and is being replaced with a smaller, more intimate experience called Lights at The Village Green. We understand that this change may come with a lot of questions! Please refer to this list for frequently asked questions regarding this event. If you have any other questions that do not appear on this list, please contact connieo@moonstonehotels.com.

Lights at The Village Green is a new event created to take place for The Village Green Christmas Market which has been postponed until 2021. For the safety of our guests and staff, we have created this event with a smaller footprint for a limited amount of people to ensure proper social distancing and safety standards.
The Village Green Christmas Market has been postponed until 2021 and plans to return if it is safe to do so.
Lights at The Village Green starts on Friday, November 27th. The market ends on Thursday, December 31st. It is open from 5pm to 9pm each night. It is closed December 24th and 25th.
Due to Oregon’s statewide freeze, the only people who will have access to the Lights at The Village Green from Nov 27th-Dec 2nd are guests staying overnight on a Christmas rate.┬áSince these regulations are subject to be extended, we have put our public ticket sales on pause until further notice. All guests who purchased a ticket for the dates that fall into the duration of the statewide freeze (Nov 27th-Dec 2nd) have been refunded the full cost of purchase. All ticket buyers who purchased tickets for dates falling after the statewide freeze are welcome to hold onto them until we have more information about the duration of these regulations, but no additional tickets will be sold until further notice. To ensure you are able to attend, book a room under our Christmas rate by visiting our lodging page or keep up to date on ticket sale information by following us on Facebook and Instagram.
While this event will be a smaller footprint than The Village Green Christmas Market, it will still include many of the beloved light displays from previous years, cozy fire pits to lounge by, and booths selling festive food and beverages for guests to enjoy!
Santa will not be able to make it to Lights at The Village Green, but luckily he agreed to give us his email address so guests can send their wish lists to him and he will respond personally! You will be able to fill out a google form with all the necessary information to receive after Thanksgiving. To keep up to date with our Emails from Santa program, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Lights at The Village Green will be a cashless event. All major debit and credit cards will be accepted as forms of payment. We are asking all guests to come prepared with a card payment method for admission, food, and beverage purchases.
